Skin Rejuvenation Treatment Plan
Dr. Rosenbach employs a variety of lasers in combination with various topical regimens to improve overall skin appearance. Patients are prescribed a customized series of treatments designed to ensure the improvement and look of the skin with very little downtime. This on-going, anti-aging maintenance plan includes treatment of the face, neck, chest and arms and is used primarily for those people wanting to ensure younger looking skin as they age.

Schematic Botox® and Dysport
Dr. Rosenbach has created his Schematic procedure using both Botox® and Dysport® to improve consistency from session to session. Each patient’s Schematic procedure is documented on a diagram to ensure accuracy for future treatments. Dr. Rosenbach emphasizes blending treated and untreated regions of the face to preserve a natural appearance. Additionally, his pioneering of the “skin stretch technique” improves comfort during the Botox® and Dysport® treatments.

Dermatological Fillers
A variety of fillers are now available, including Juvederm®, Restylane®, Perlane® and Collagen. The most popular locations of the face for fillers are lines around the mouth, the lips, and the under-eye area. The new fillers create a very natural appearance, even in the lip area.

Volume Restoration
Aging is the process of losing volume, not gravity—what we associate with youth is fullness not tautness. Many of the patients who would have had a face-lift in the past are now undergoing a new technique called “volume restoration.” Faces that have lost structure and are beginning to fall can undergo dramatic improvement with injections of fillers such as Restylane®, Sculptra®, Radiesse® and Juvederm®.

Thermage®
For those patients who want to forestall plastic surgery, Thermage® can improve the face, jaw line and upper neck. Thermage® uses gentle electric impulses to heat the undersurface of the skin. This procedure has been revolutionized over the past few years with the new MultiPass technique. There is virtually no downtime or recovery.

Chemical Peels
This involves the application of medical grade glycolics and TCA peels to remove the damaged skin layers in order to produce more youthful appearance. A healing response to the peel can take out can and put will also trigger new collagen formation so the skin appears tighter and more elastic.
