Fractional Skin Resurfacing
We recently took delivery of a new laser that is used to treat wrinkles, fine lines, skin texture, acne scars and sun damage. This new laser, called the Matrix Fractional CO₂ laser, is the most advanced version of its type. Unavailable until this past Spring, it is capable of deeper treatments than its predecessors. Not only is the Matrix used for the face, it can also be used on other areas of the body as well. Compared to procedures we were performing just a few years ago, downtimes are shorter and recovery is safer and easier.

The Matrix CO₂ technology is designed in such a way that we have precise control over the intensity of the treatment. Each individual treatment can be tailored to a specific need and allotted downtime. And the Matrix Fractional CO₂ treatment usually takes less than 30 minutes.

Dark Circles and Eye Wrinkles
A variety of lasers and fillers can offer dramatic improvement. We are one of the few laser centers to offer partial face laser peels to tighten the skin and improve the color.

Sun and Brown Spots
Dr. Rosenbach has authored several medical journal articles showing that the alexandrite laser reduces sunspots. Treatments are now faster and easier than ever before. Several short treatments are required to remove the spots.

Cold Resurfacing for the Later Stages of Aging
A major advance in resurfacing has revolutionized this procedure that is used for sun- weathered skin and deep wrinkles. We employ a device that cools the skin during the laser procedure. Medical publications have shown that cooling allows for increased comfort and a more rapid recovery.

Acne
Combining prescription medications with lasers can offer considerable relief of this chronic condition. We also offer pulsed-dye laser activation of Levulan®, which combines a topical sensitizer and lasers. This treatment is an excellent alternative for patients who do not wish to take systemic medications. The sun must be avoided for 24 hours following each session. Most patients see dramatic improvement over the five brief treatments.

Acne Scars
Dr. Rosenbach designs individualized treatments depending on the appearance of the scars. He combines his own serial filler technique in combination with laser treatments to significantly improve acne scars.

Roscea
This persistent condition can be improved using a combination of lasers, prescription medications and natural topicals.

Tattoo Removal
We were one of the first laser centers in the world to offer the Revlite® laser, which represents a significant advance over its predecessors. Dr. Rosenbach combines this device with another that cools the skin. He is the first physician to lecture about cold air cooling in combination with laser treatment of tattoos, which offers increased safety to the skin surface and effectively removes unwanted tattoos.

Scars and Stretch Marks
The Revlite®, V-Star® and Acclaim 7000® are used for treatment of existing scars and stretch marks. Dr. Rosenbach tailors a regimen depending upon the color, texture, and age of the areas to be treated. Patients can now be treated preventively to minimize the size of the scars caused by surgical incisions. The lasers spare the skin surface and result in temporary discoloration that can last for about one week.
